Privacy policy

We process your data only to prepare, deliver and track your gifts, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Data we process

Your details: name, email, optional phone, language, consent to receive our offers
Recipient: name, address, optional phone, delivery instructions
Order: creations, card message, date and time slot
Payment: handled by Stripe; we never receive card details

Purposes

Fulfilling the order, delivering it, keeping you informed, answering your requests and meeting accounting obligations. We only send offers if you agreed to receive them.

Service providers

Payment (Stripe), website hosting and transactional email. They act on our instructions and may be located outside Switzerland with adequate safeguards.

Retention and rights

Order data is kept for ten years for accounting purposes. You can request access, correction or deletion by writing to concierge@maisonpanier.ch.
