Every creation is prepared on the day in our atelier and handed over in person on the date and time slot you choose.

Choosing the date
When you complete your order, enter the recipient’s postal code: available dates and time slots appear straight away. Fees depend on the area.
Surprise mode
Tick “Surprise mode” and we will not contact the recipient before delivery. Add an access code or floor in the delivery instructions.
If nobody is home
We try to reach the recipient (except in surprise mode), leave the creation with a neighbour or reception when possible, or contact you to arrange a new delivery.
