Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on Maison Panier.
1. Seller
Sales are concluded with Rosini Solutions, Geneva, Switzerland, reachable at concierge@maisonpanier.ch.
2. Order
The contract is concluded when the payment confirmation is sent by email. Creations follow the availability of seasonal products; an item may be replaced by one of equivalent value and style.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Swiss francs, including VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are shown before payment, which is processed by Stripe and due in full before preparation.
4. Delivery
Delivery takes place on the chosen date and slot, within the areas listed on the Delivery page. An incorrect address or repeated absence may incur a redelivery fee.
5. Alcohol
Alcoholic drinks are sold and handed over only to people aged 18 and over. ID may be requested on delivery.
6. Cancellation and complaints
Creations contain fresh products composed to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. An order can be changed or cancelled free of charge until preparation starts. Report any defect within 24 hours of delivery with a photo; we will then offer a replacement or refund.
7. Governing law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the seller’s registered office, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdictions.
